Our Beginning

Cana Direct was incorporated in 1997. Originally, we developed questionnaires for funeral homes and cemeteries. Funeral homes and cemeteries continue to be a substantial part of our customer base. However, we have positioned our company to develop and market questionnaires for just about any type of business, such as insurance agencies, real estate agencies, political surveys, banking, mortgage, and investment surveys.

We have found that families respond very favorably to our questionnaire’s “soft sell” marketing approach and response rates are generally very high. Today, we work with clients across the country, large and small, to generate the leads they need to be competitive. As a small company, we are much more responsive than other direct mail providers and can usually get your campaign in the mail within a day or two of design approval.
